As I was cutting up pieces of chicken to make dinner (mmmmm green curry!), I decided that it was a good opportunity to introduce Miss Maddie to another source of iron instead of always feeding her cereal. A few pieces were cooked without butter in a separate pan - then thrown in the blender with a bit of water. It took a bit of effort, but finally got it all pureed and mixed it up with some sweet potatoes. Mmmmm-mmmm!
Her first bite was a little trepidatious. But after that she was all for it - ate it all up like gangbusters.
